MCCD BOON MCCD Boon aka Shelly is a 2003 AQHA Sorrel mare. Shelly is the kind of mare that everyone loves to have. She rides good, has the best disposition, no bad habits, is easy to catch and handle, has an outstanding pedigree, and good conformation. Shelly's grand sire is the famous PEPTOBOONSMAL! She has been ridden in and out of the arena. Shelly has a nice level head set and is also smooth, and standing about 14.3hh. She has about 90 days on a cow in the cutting pen. When I go out to the pasture she greets me and wants to be scratched. She was a very easy breeder, Dual covered her 1 time and she stuck and that was her first time to ever get covered. She has been vet checked in foal to our grulla stallion, WR Dual Twist, for an early May 2009 foal. I really think that this is gonna be a great cross. Can't wait to see what she throws! We are trying to thin out our horse herd and I didn't really want to sell her, but she will make someone a nice riding horse and broodmare. She is current on all vaccines and de-worming. As you can see in the pictures, she is plenty fat and healthy for carrying the baby. And she is showing her tummy good by the way! Shelly is sound and correct. SOLD!
