MISS ROANE WILSON

Miss Roane Wilson is a 1996 AQHA Red Roan mare. She is registered as a red roan and she is but she also has dun factor to match. So really I guess you would call her a red dun roan! :) Miss Roane Wilson has good, correct, conformation, good hard black feet with no white on her feet, straight legs, nice hip, low set hocks, good shoulder, good angles, good withers, and her neck ties in real well. She also stands about 14.3hh and she has good bone and muscle tone. I know that she was started under saddle and maybe in the cutting pen too, but she got her back legs cut on a fence. Because of that she was not furthered in her training. Having said that, she does have a small scar on the inside of both hocks, but it does not bother her at all now. As a matter of fact she would probably pass a vet check 100% sound. She, of course, will not pass this on to her foals and it is strictly cosmetic. She is halter broke well, very easy to handle, with no bad habits what so ever, and you can catch her anywhere out in the pasture. In the past Miss Roane Wilson has been only AI-ed and this year I just turned her out in the pasture with Dual to get bred and she got in foal right away with no problems or issues. She is a very easy keeper and a very easy breeder. Miss Roane Wilson is a really sweet and friendly mare that has a wonderful disposition. She passes this on to her foals as well as her color too!
