Peptus

Peptus is a 2003 AQHA #4364492 Bay mare. This gal was raised by us and sold as a weanling. We bought her back as a yearling. While she was at her other home, she got bit on the neck by a gelding and run over a fence. We got this mare back and doctored her a bunch and she has very visible scars on her neck and left leg. We have rode this mare some and she is very gentle. She is just started under saddle but really acts like she could be a good ole broke safe gentle horse. This mare's dam was an awesome all around mare that we lost a few years ago. Her sire also past away last year due to colic. We can't make any more of these mares, and she would make a great horse to use as a kid horse and/or to raise babies out of each year. She is big and stout and has a beautiful long hip. Peptus is extremely friendly and loves to be scratched. She also has good feet, bone, withers, and a BIG butt. Peptus' hocks are well built and she has a real level back. There are no guarantees on her soundness in that left leg, but she is not lame on it at all and she will definitely not reproduced it her foals. You have to look closely to tell that it is even there. She is a good mother and has had no trouble foaling. Peptus' '06foal is prettiest grulla filly who we call Squeak by our stallion, WR Dual Twist. In '07 she had a brown colt, Dual Tag, by WR Dual Twist that had a bright white tail. He was real unique! On March 1, 2009 she foaled a beautiful dunaino filly by Blue Eyed Dunnit. Peptus is currently being exposed to WR Dual Twist for 2010. 3-N-1 package. SOLD! THANKS JOHN IN FORT WORTH!
